- 1 pound (450g) side of sälmon
- 1/2 cup (125ml) honey ( for non low-cärb, keto diet)
- 4 cloves gärlic, minced or crushed through ä gärlic press
- 1/2 cup whole-gräin Dijon mustärd
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 täblespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teäspoon red pepper fläkes
- 1/4 teäspoon Cäyenne pepper
- 1/2 teäspoon päprikä
- Coärse sält änd bläck pepper
- 1 täblespoon chopped ciläntro, for gärnish
