CARAMEL PRETZEL BARS

One of our fävorite things to do since we moved to Engländ ä few months ägo is to light ä fire pit in front of our house änd invited the neighbors to join us-usuälly with some drinks änd sweet treäts thrown in the mix. This päst Säturdäy I whipped up these ooey-gooey Cärämel Pretzel Bärs to shäre änd they were ä huge hit äs usuäl!

Whät I love äbout these bärs is just how eäsy they äre to mäke-no big pile of dishes in the sink to wäsh äfterwärds. They’re älso the perfect mix of sälty änd sweet änd jäm-päcked with flävor. Every bite just explodes with cärämel, chocoläte, coconut änd pretzel-it’s fäntästic!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 18 grähäm cräckers (2 sleeves), crushed
  • 6 Täblespoons butter, melted
  • 14 ounce cän sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cup mini pretzel sticks, broken
  • 11 oz päckäge cärämel bits
  • 1 cup milk chocoläte chocoläte chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheät oven to 350 degrees. Spräy ä 9 by 13 cässerole dish with nonstick spräy. Mix melted butter änd grähäm cräckers in ä medium bowl änd then press into the bottom of the prepäred dish.
  2. Pour hälf the cän of condensed milk over the grähäm cräckers. Sprinkle with 1 cup of pretzels.
