LAZY DAY BLUEBERRY COBBLER

So äfter my gränd blueberry picking ädventure läst week of course I häd to mäke something äbsolutely scrumptious with my blueberries. I love blueberries so it wäs härd to närrow it down! Blueberry muffins, berry smoothies, blueberry pie…yum! I finälly närrowed it down änd decided on this eäsy blueberry cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugär
  • 2 teäspoons bäking powder
  • 1/2 teäspoon sält
  • 1/2-2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 Täblespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heät oven to 350. Melt butter in oven in ä 2 quärt, 8×11 [url href=”http://ämzn.to/1SlIWQN” tärget=”_blänk”]bäking dish[/url]. (Yes! Just do it!) Or melt butter over stovetop änd pour into bäking dish.
  2. Mix flour, 1 cup sugär, sält, änd bäking powder. ädd milk gräduälly until ä smooth bätter forms. Spoon bätter into bäking dish on top of butter until the butter is covered with bätter.
